Recently, from 2010 to 2015, he served as Chairman of Babcock and since 2015 has served as Executive Chairman of BWX Technologies, Inc., or BWX, the company that remained after Babcock spun off its power generation business. At BWX, Mr. Fees oversees the design, engineering and manufacturing of precision naval nuclear components, reactors and nuclear fuel for the U.S. government, as well as major component manufacturing and design of equipment for commercial nuclear plants. Mr. Fees also currently serves on the board of directors of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners LP, an infrastructure asset manager, and has served on the boards of various other companies engaged in engineering and manufacturing. Mr. Fees holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
