Although we currently maintain business insurance coverage to cover a portion of these types of risks, there are potential risks associated with our operations in Koppel and Ambridge not covered by insurance, and recoveries under insurance coverage that we currently maintain may not completely offset the lost revenues or increased costs resulting from a disruption of our operations.
