We are indirectly subject to certain restrictions under PAO TMK’s debt agreements and public bonds. The covenants included in each of the debt instruments impose restrictions on, among other things, the ability of PAO TMK and its subsidiaries (including us) to incur debt unless PAO TMK satisfies various consolidated leverage ratio tests prior to incurring additional debt.
