Restricted Stock and RSUs. Prices for steel scrap, the primary material input for our seamless steel pipe, have not been significantly affected by the tariffs and quotas imposed because of the Section 232 investigation. These tariffs and quotas have resulted in an increase in the prices of hot-rolled steel coil from which we produce our welded pipe, an increase in U.S. prices for welded and seamless steel pipe and a reduction in steel pipe imports.
