Mr. Tunick raises interesting and possibly insoluble problems faced to some extent by all artists working with the nude in the social media age, and particularly photographers.

“Hit diversity very hard because it carries a lot of weight in your application. Include women and minorities on the team and among the vendors used for design, construction and operation. The real estate needs to be tied down. These are really the key points, and you need to be strong in every single one of them.”

The show has been an amazing experience off-screen, too, she says. The Company has engaged in transactions with OFS International LLC (“OFSI”) and its subsidiaries, which include the sales and purchases of goods and services. OFSI was a subsidiary of PAO TMK until September 2016 when the majority interest was sold by PAO TMK. OFSI is now an affiliate of both the Company and PAO TMK.

We entered into an employment agreement with Mr. Mastervich on March 3, 2015, which has a current term that will expire on December 31, 2018, and which will automatically renew for additional one year periods unless either Mr. Mastervich or we give at least 90 days’ notice of non-renewal to the other party. If an award under the 2018 Plan expires, lapses or is terminated, exchanged for cash, surrendered, repurchased, canceled without having been fully exercised or forfeited, then any unused shares subject to such an award will again be available for new grants under the 2018 Plan. Shares delivered to us by a participant to satisfy the applicable exercise price or purchase price of an award and/or to satisfy any applicable tax withholding obligations will become or again be available for awards under the 2018 Plan. But at the end of the day, Sinclair doesn’t really have time to lose sleep over why she wasn’t right for a role. When I ask her if she’s ever felt like she needs to prove people wrong, she thinks long and hard before answering.
