Q: How long could you delivery the products?
A: The process flow of our products is complicated, we need 27 processes from the beginning to the end, after this, we also need to check every fitting to make sure all the products are qualified, so the delivery time is about 30 days after your payment.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: How many payment terms do you have?
A: L/C, T/T, and direct payment is our usual practice. Of course, we can also accept customers’ request.
Q: Could you explain the detailed T/T payment?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.
